Officers recovered the weapons and arrested a woman on suspicion of drug driving and possession of an offensive weapon. She was also arrested on suspicion of burglary in connections with a tool theft in Markyate in May this year.The search was carried out by Three Rivers’ Intervention Team 1 under Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act.
Sharing the positive result, the force added: “While the majority of Watford is tucked up and getting some well-earned shuteye, our intervention teams are out proactively patrolling the streets in the small hours.”
