. Now, Paragon Veterinary Practice is urging cat owners to check under their cars before starting the engine.
On that same Saturday morning the couple were waiting for the RAC to come to their house as the previous morning the car had turned over but failed to start. When the breakdown patrol inspected the engine, he discovered that the alternator belt had come off and showed it to them. “Poor Harvey must have been in shock and pain all that day until he returned later that evening. It doesn’t bear thinking about.”
Owner Sian said: “I can’t thank Laura enough for all she has done for Harvey. She was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for him, even calling me on the Sunday to see how he was. She is so knowledgeable, but also very caring and understanding of the fact that he was our pet. I think the thing that stands out the most for me is that Paragon Vets don’t do anything unnecessary and make sure they are always doing the best for any animal, I would recommend them to anyone.
