Volunteers from across North Wales were called out to assist after receiving reports two people had not returned from a trip.
Two people have been rescued from a mine complex after their boat got stuck in an underground lake.
Volunteers were called out on Saturday afternoon after reports two people were overdue from a trip at the Croesor-Rhosydd mine complex in Eryri . More than 20 members of the North Wales Cave Rescue Organisation responded from across the region to a call from NorthOne of the missing cavers managed to get out and provide further information to rescuers.The pair were unable to retrieve it so the two decided to retrace their steps.
However, the second person became exhausted and could not climb the final pitch out of the mine complex.
