Police have released CCTV footage of a BMW doing doughnuts around petrol pumps before the driver was handed a suspended prison sentence.
Dominic Manley, of Horseshoe Lane in Watford, was caught driving at “excessive speed” and narrowly missing pumps in the Shell petrol station forecourt and the A405 dual carriageway in Chiswell Green.Manley was given a suspended sentence of a year in prison, suspended for two years, as well as 240 hours of unpaid work and a fine of £50.PC Clare Lapenna said: “He was traveling at excessive speed and put other road users at risk that day.
