Chairman Nicholas Randall KC believes Nottingham Forest’s “overriding aim” this season should be to retain their Premier League status.
Forest are eager to build on the platform they gave themselves by avoiding the drop, with Cooper having talked about wanting to improve in all areas. Owner Evangelos Marinakis also remains incredibly ambitious. For Randall, though, the main objective is to stay up. “I always say, we have to respect everyone but fear nobody. There’s a lot of very, very good clubs, and they all want to stay in the Premier League as well.
