BREAKING: Three people have been hurt
Three people have been rushed to hospital after two separate incidents on the same stretch of road in Horsforth.
Two people were rushed to Leeds General Infirmary to be treated. Soon after, YAS crews got a call about a cyclist being hit by a car outside Horsforth train station in Station Road. YAS confirmed that at 1.23pm two ambulances were called to the scene and found a man injured. He was rushed to Leeds General Infirmary. The major incidents blocked Station Road, the bridge above Horsforth Train Station, from around 1pm until 1.30pm.
"Two patients were conveyed to Leeds General Infirmary. At 1.23pm we received another emergency call to report a collision between a car and cyclist on the same road which had been partially reopened following the earlier incident. Two ambulances and a rapid response vehicle were dispatched to the scene and one patient was conveyed to Leeds General Infirmary."
