With the baby’s christening coming up, Chloe and Mack seem to be settling into their new family life and things are going well – but it’s all about to change.
When the venue for the christening party falls through, Charity offers to host it at the Woolpack and with no other options available Mackenzie goes to find Charity to take up her offer. They share some emotional words – and end up in a passionate embrace.Afterwards, Mackenzie is sheepish and dashes out, returning home to Chloe. Not realising what he’s been up to, Chloe is just grateful that he’s sorted out the christening.
Mackenzie is feeling guilty and goes to Moira for advice, telling her what happened. She points out that he could risk losing Reuben if Chloe was to find out what had happened between him and Charity. Pondering Moira’s words, Mackenzie is still torn between Chloe and Charity.
