NASCAR Cup Series leader Ross Chastain was involved in a physical altercation on pit road after Sunday's Kansas race with Noah Gragson after discussions over their on-track battle became heated 🧨 Here's what they both had to say afterwards ⬇️

Chastain got loose and his Trackhouse Chevrolet drifted up the track and close to Gragson, whose Legacy Motor Club Chevrolet was running in the outside lane. Several laps later, Gragson spun off Turn 2, which ended what had been one of his best runs of the 2023 season. He was credited with a 29th-place finish, while Chastain finished fifth to retain his series points lead.
“Noah and I have a very similar attitude on the race track, and we train together, we prepare together, we know every very little bit about each other.“Yeah, I definitely crowded him up off of 4, and he took a swipe at us in 3, and then he came down and grabbed a hold of me .Chastain said he was not surprised Gragson confronted him after the race.
