In his video, Morgan says to start by peeling and dicing your potatoes, before adding them to a pot to boil until soft. Then drain the potatoes and lay them out on a tray to completely dry.He adds: ‘Peel the garlic cloves and then thinly slice.
Add them to a pot with the olive oil and then allow to cook on a low heat for about 20 minutes.He then sieves out the garlic and pours the oil into a frying pan along with the potatoes, before sautéing over a high heat with salt and rosemary until they’re super crispy.
