The incident happened on the Upper Knockbreda Road
Police have confirmed that a child has been taken to hospital after being hit by a car in East Belfast on Monday.
The Charity Air Ambulance and colleagues from the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service were tasked to the scene and the child was taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital.The Upper Knockbreda Road was closed for a period of time on Monday evening but has since reopened to the public. "Enquiries are ongoing, and anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or who has any dash-cam or other footage which could assist, is asked to contact police on 101 and quote 1031 of 14/11/22."
