City centre street taped off and police and paramedics at scene after 'coach crashes into scaffolding'
A city centre street has been cordoned off this evening after coach is said to have crashed into scaffolding surrounding a building. following the collision.
One eyewitness said they could see the coach had collided with scaffolding which currently surrounds a building on the corner of Charlotte Street and Portland Street, as it turned from the main road into the side street..The scene is close to Chorlton Street Bus Station where several Megabus services operate from.
