Pep Guardiola saw his Manchester City side fall to a late Gabriel Martinelli goal on Sunday and has plenty to ponder during the international break.

Manchester City fell to a second consecutive Premier League defeat on Sunday after losing 1-0 at Arsenal.

Pep Guardiola's side looked set to come away from the Emirates with a hard-fought point, having kept the Gunners at bay for 86 minutes. But Gabriel Martinelli netted a dramatic winner, his curling effort deflecting off Nathan Ake and past a wrong-footed Ederson. Defeat leaves City in third place going into the international break, with Arsenal leapfrogging them into second while Tottenham are first. Pep Guardiola now has two weeks to get things back on track, and MEN Sport has taken a look at what he has to look forward to.ALSO READ: Alvarez to Grealish - City's best and worst performers so far this season

City's next six Premier League fixtures Verdict: City have got a really tough run of fixtures to come back to, with games against two potential title rivals towards the end. Brighton and Manchester United will both be fighting for top-four this season but have shown plenty of weaknesses in recent weeks.

Bournemouth and Chelsea should both be very winnable games for Guardiola's side, before those two crunch meetings with Liverpool and Chelsea. Away from the fixtures, City will have Rodri back and the Spaniard couldn't return soon enough.
