Traffic monitoring site Inrix reads: "Reports of queueing traffic due to obstruction on the road on A52 Clifton Boulevard Northbound at A453 Clifton Lane ."Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service are also warning of major delays: "Fire crews from Stockhill and West Bridgford are currently dealing with a road traffic collision on Clifton Bridge, heading into Nottingham city.
"The city inbound road has been closed and there will be major delays. Please find an alternative route if possible."
