'I was left looking like Megamind!'
A football coach has described how a sport-filled day in the sun turned into a nightmare - when her face ballooned due to a horrific allergic reaction.
"I woke up on the Sunday and was a little burnt, I then went to watch the girls I coach play for their Sunday league team in the morning, and then went to watch another game in the afternoon. On Monday morning when Laura was horrified that her face had drastically swollen and her left eyebrow and eyelid had swollen. She finally made the decision to go to hospital when the swelling continued to get worse.
Terrifyingly, her symptoms took another turn for the worse, leaving Laura unable to open her left eye. After speaking to her uncle, who is a consultant, he urged her to go to A&E.
