The owners thanked its 'loyal customers' for their support Curiously
Root Coffee on Seel Street served specialist coffee such as beetroot lattes and a food menu which included salmon and cheese bagels. It announced its closure last week, with its final day of serving being tomorrow, February 24.
It also thanked "loyal customers" for supporting Root, and urged them to continue supporting the city's other independent coffee venues. It signed off: "Thanks again everyone, and remember: never settle for average coffee!"
