Paul, who lives Cassiobury Park Avenue, photographed the road while on a stroll at 8.30am this morning .
He said he had to jump out of the way of water thrown up by speeding cars, with commuters reportedly struggling down the"uneven and dangerous" stretch.He said the same thing happened on October 24, when he raised the problem with councils, and added the road was in a bad way due to uneven pavements, leaves and potholes.
