15-year-old Demi is missing from Leeds and West Yorkshire Police are growing concerned for her welfare15-year-old Demi was last seen two days ago - on Monday June 26 - around 4.30pm at Baldovan Place, Chapletown. Police in Leeds are appealing for information to help locate the missing teenager.

She is believed to be in Chapeltown, Harehills or Leeds city centre.Demi has been described as a white female, 5ft 3ins tall, of slim build with curly brown hair.
