Hundreds of homes have been washed away in a village in South Kivo province, where rescue workers and survivors have been digging through mud in the search for more bodies.
More than 200 people have been killed in flash floods and landslides in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo.Thomas Bakenge, administrator of Kalehe, the worst-hit territory, told reporters 203 bodies had been recovered so far.
