Corinthians chief Alessandro has confirmed ‘negotiations’ are taking place between the club and Forest for defender Murillo, amid claims that the player is set to undergo a medical.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, on Sunday night, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported that the 21-year-old is set to undergo a medical in the next few days after a fee of €13 million plus €3 million in add-ons had been agreed. That report comes around 24 hours after Corinthians provided an update on the situation.
“No deal has been finalised, so much so that he was at the game today. I’m not talking about values because you receive an offer, you make a counter-offer, these are stages to materialise or not.”
