Coronation Street were left 'sobbing' just a few minutes into Friday night's episode thanks to a devastating reminder shared on the soap's social media.
But bosses shared a video clip of a Corrie episode on Instagram and Twitter from the past that left fans heartbroken as they were reminded of a sad moment in the show's history. Emotional scenes in the video showed David Platt determined to keep his wife conscious and talking until the ambulance arrived.
