She will return over the festive period Coronation Street star Rob Mallard has confirmed Bethany Platt’s return will throw a spanner in the works for his character Daniel Osbourne. Lucy Fallon started filming as her character again recently, with Bethany set to make her way back to Weatherfield over the festive period. Bethany has been working in London since 2020.
‘Daniel’s pushed an 80 year old man down the stairs and he’s pushed a teenager down the stairs so he doesn’t discriminate, if you fall between the ages of 15 and death you could be going down the stairs!’, he said. Daniel has supported Ryan recently, unaware of what’s been going on ‘I think it’s definitely in Daniel, we saw it with Justin. The thing with Daniel is he doesn’t take aggressive action immediately but then when situations back him into a corner he just snaps.
