BREAKING: Senior Coroner Dr. James Adeley has returned his conclusion into the death of Nicola Bulley and found that she died after falling into cold water.
A coroner has returned his final conclusion into the death ofSenior Coroner Dr James Adeley spoke as he gave concluding notes at County Hall in Preston today.
He began his summing up by reminding everyone involved that the inquest is not dealing with the police operational response to Nicola’s disappearance. He then addressed each of the possible short form conclusions including suicide, natural causes and accidental death. There were no signs of death by natural causes, leaving only accidental death as the final possible conclusion., then taking her usual dog walk along the River Wyre in St Michael’s on Wyre, Lancashire, on January 27.During the search, detectives and her family had to repeatedly ask the public to show respect afterMiss Bulley not been drinking and died by drowning with no sign of foul play or an attack by a third party, Dr James Adeley, senior coroner for Lancashire, was told.
