Coronation Street 'keeping it real' say fans after warning of 'upsetting scenes'
Emotional Coronation Street fans have praised the soap for the way it handled the final scene in Wednesday night's episode. The last part of the episode showed character Paul open up about his fears for the future after being diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease.
Soon after the final scene of tonight's episode had aired, fans took to Twitter to praise the acting and coverage of the sensitive issue. Many also commented on feeling emotional after watching the honest exchange between the two characters. And commented: @RyanTheSoapking: "#Corrie.@PeterAsh_85 & @Dan_Brocklebank have been brilliant tonight and throughout Paul's MND Storyline so far. This is such an important and emotional story to tell but the show is doing it justice."
