Today a spokesperson for Herts County Council said: “We have had one of our teams visit the location this morning, and will arrange for this defect to be made safe within the next 24 hours, pending a permanent repair to be completed within the next seven days, weather permitting.”The pothole outside Central Primary School Grosvenor Road
