Ewa Borowicz and Konrad Olendrzynski are accused of committing a sexual offences on a Jet2 plane
A man and woman have appeared in court charged with performing sex acts on each other on a flight to Scotland.
Borowicz, 44, and Olendrzynski, 41, are said to have carried out the acts in front of an 11-year-old child and other named passengers.They are charged under Sections 5 and 22 of the Sexual Offences Act 2009. It adds they "did engage in a sexual act, namely, masturbation, to the alarm of" those passengers and "employees of said airline".
