A doctor has told the story of a married couple, saying they were not having sex right for four years until they realised
A doctor has spoken about a married pair who were struggling to conceive - before realising that they weren't having sex correctly. The unnamed pair, aged 26 and 24, went looking for professional advice after have no success with getting pregnant, despite having regular intercourse.
Obstetrician Liu Hongmei explained that she asked about the wife's medical history when they came to visit. She was told that they had sex regularly. The wife also revealed that the experience was "unusually painful" for her every time, but she suffered through it in the hope of becoming pregnant. Liu said: "The couple were very young, the man 26 and the woman 24. They were very healthy, but, despite being married for four years, couldn't conceive. Their family was giving them a lot of stress because of it."
