An empire has fallen
Mohammed Hussain, 32, had a street dealer working under him and was the 'right hand man' to a dealer linked with the production of the Class B drug. On January 13 this year, officers from Lancashire Police executed a drugs warrant at Hussain's home in Providence Street, Blackburn.
Hussain, who has previously served prison sentences for class A drugs supply, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply cannabis. "Over the months prior to your arrest, telephony indicated cannabis was being sold in significant amounts between September 2020 and January 2023. However on the evidence I take a shorter period of time that you were involved in this. It is apparent your involvement was way in excess of a day or two.
