The second day of On The Waterfront celebrated Merseyside's musical heritage while looking to its future
Scousers braved the rain to watch another memorable Jamie Webster performance with a very special guest.
Protected with cagoules, umbrellas and bucket hats, they saw another fantastic night of entertainment. Jamie Webster wowed once again, a performance that was very similar to Thursday night but no less impactful.He ran through his best hits, from the fast paced Going Out to the slower Grinding The Gears. He fired up the crowd with his criticism of the justice system prior to Davey Kane and moved them with Something In The Air, a love song dedicated to his fiancee.
It was made all the more special by the presence of his brother Ian on stage - Ian has worked with Jamie for some time now. It reminded me how lucky we are on Merseyside to be blessed with an incredible amount of talented musicians who are willing to help each other out.
