A woman who slipped on an oily puddle in Sainsbury’s claims she has been left with PTSD and has demanded compensation of £500,000.
Her solicitors Irwin Mitchell, said in a statement: ‘The claimant used the self-service checkouts and proceeded to walk towards the exit of the store. Her lawyers blame the supermarket giant for the accident, accusing it of negligence in common law and breaches of the Occupiers Liability Act 1957.
