Patrols by Preston Police’s community support officers are being stepped up to take appropriate action against cyclists breaching regulations, ignoring diversion routes and fines are being issued. “It will only take a dismounted cyclist a couple of minutes to walk from Miller Park to Penwortham Old Bridge, where they can start cycling again.
