Cyclists accuse drivers of being 'ignorant' of new rules that tell bikers to ride in the middle of lanes
Lawyer Nick Freeman said many motorists are unaware of new Highway Code. Mr Loophole argued new rules lacked 'common sense' and may cause accidents.
It comes after the Highway Code was updated on Saturday with 50 new rules. The new code sees cyclists advised to ride in the centre of lanes on quieter roads. There are concerns drivers are unaware of the major revamp of road safety rules
