Dunfermline Sheriff Court heard Hutchison battered the lad in the street after being teased about Rangers beating Celtic 2-0 last October.He later admitted assaulting the boy - now 16 - to his severe injury and disfigurement.But the boy’s dad plans to appeal against the sentence and complain to cops about their handling of the probe.
