Photos and videos taken over three years were found on Ian Doyle's SD card
Ian Doyle, 42, of Prescot Road, St Helens, appeared before Liverpool Crown Court today for sentencing after pleading guilty to five charges relating to his three year voyeurism campaign and the contents of his iPhone and an SD card.
On the SD card 55 images and 14 videos were discovered. The videos and images were of a girl in various stages of undress. Prosecuting Ms Modge said: "It was apparent that the female in question was unaware she was being photographed." She spoke of how what Doyle had done would "replay" itself in her head. She added: "I'm always looking over my shoulder when I am out and about and always feel like I am being watched.Defending, Ms Snowdon said after he was discovered Doyle, who has no previous convictions, "did everything" he could to "make good for that which he had done wrong".
