Ollie Cooper shed almost eight stone after his ankle broke under his own weight
A dad lost nearly seven stone after his ankle broke under his 23st weight. Ollie Cooper was inspired by his "super-slimmer" wife to shed the pounds following his injury.
Ollie, a HGV driver, from Pendock, Worcestershire, said: "Now I have lost the weight it is like I have a new ankle. I have no pain at all, I am a new person. I am training to run the London Marathon and I am going back to playing rugby. He said: "I have always been overweight. Up to the age of 20 I have always been able to play a good standard of rugby. Inside I would have rather looked like the other lads. I have always wanted to lose weight but never really knew how I could do it.
