Davina McCall reveals gym-honed body - as she shares her one bikini rule

Davina has an extra reason to be beach ready this summer - she’s partnered with holiday company TUI BLUE for their Friends Reconnected campaign, to urge midlife pals to jet off to the sun together. Holidaying with her best friend Sarah is something Davina tries to do every year. Davina loves it because it means every moment becomes a bonding opportunity. “Even getting the shopping from the supermarket becomes a joy if you’re with your bestie,” says Davina. “Everything is hilarious. We laugh all the time. It’s absolutely brilliant.”
TUI BLUE’s research found that 45 per cent of 40-65-year-olds have never been on holiday with a friend. But for Davina, holidaying with pals is non-negotiable.best friend, and we’re doing that this year. What’s really nice is that our partners also love each other, and our kids all love each other. "People say to me, 'You look young,' but that's only because I bounce around like Tigger working out whereas I used to be like a sloth,” Davina once told Woman Magazine.
