From light dancers, singers, installations on iconic Leeds buildings, and delicious food truck food, thousands of people turned out
The annual event, which is free to attend, was held for four hours in the city centre and also returns on Friday, October 13. Some of the most recognisable Leeds landmarks and locations host displays encouraging visitors to engage and interact with the city.
From large-scale light projections and interactive installations, to music, dance and street performances, there is always something for everyone. There will also be some brilliant street food for visitors to enjoy. There are more than 50 spectacular light installations, projections and interactive artwork. Thousands of people attended the event, from couples, colleagues, families, and friends.
Crowds of people gathered in Millennium Square for an installation at Civic Hall, singers performed, attendees showed off their light up headbands and wands. Leeds Trinity shopping centre was packed with people for performances from Yorkshire Circus.
