Desperate Afghans are crushed to death in chaos at Kabul airport as thousands face being left in days
The UK is urging President Joe Biden to delay withdrawing US forces from the airport to help with the airlifting. Sources stressed that it was unlikely Britons would be left behind but said as many as 2,000 Afghan could be.
