A scene of utter devastation
Emergency services remain at the scene of a huge fire at a derelict orphanage on Mount Street
Today, debris can be seen piled high in the road where the property - that once was home to an orphanage and hospital - is located.Fire and Rescue Service were sent to the scene. Today, firefighters and officers from Lancashire Police remain at the scene and nearby Theatre Street also remains closed in the city.said:"We have two fire engines and an aerial ladder platform at the incident this morning.
