Disney+'s Percy Jackson adds Will & Grace actress and more as guest stars
The first season will follow the storyline of the first book, where Percy, an average school going kid with ADHD, discovers that he is actually the son of the Greek god Poseidon.
He is then whisked off to a summer camp, which he later finds out to be Camp Half Blood, where he learns that the three eldest male gods — Zeus, Poseidon and Hades — had sworn to an oath to never produce children. Percy's existence is in direct violation of that oath, which causes unrest between the gods. Not to mention that Zeus' lightning bolt has gone missing. So in a quest to prove his worth , Percy, Grover and Annabeth, go on an adventure to retrieve the lightning bolt.
