Distressed teen girl found wandering street only able to say 'help me'
A DISTRESSED teenage girl was found wandering the streets of a Scots town - while only being able to communicate the words "help me".
Police are now investigating the alarming incident in Clydebank, near Glasgow, around 11am on Monday morning.Credit: Getty Two witnesses told how the girl looked visibly upset while only being able to muster the cry for help on St Andrews Way, in the Whitecrook area of the West Dunbartonshire town., the girl approached two home carers who were working in the area before pleading "help me".
It's understood the girl was then taken to Clydebank Police Station but her condition is currently unknown.Police confirmed they are investigating the incident and say they are working to find out the full circumstances of what happened.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 11am on Monday, 20 February, we were made aware of concerns relating to a teenage girl found in St Andrews Way, Clydebank.
