Former BBC and Capital Radio presenter and DJ Tim Westwood has been interviewed twice under caution by the Metropolitan Police in relation to a series of sexual offence allegations AlannahFrancis1 reports
The five offences are alleged to have occurred in London and span a 34-year period between 1982 and 2016.Police can request individuals attend a police station voluntarily to answer questions to assist them with their enquiries. No arrests have been made.
A spokesperson for the Met said: “Police are investigating five reports relating to allegations of non-recent sexual offences allegedly committed by a man.“A 65-year-old man was interviewed under caution on 15 March 2023 and 4 April 2023.”
