A member of the public spotted the dog tied up on their way to work earlier this week.
A member of the public spotted the female pocket bully tied up outside Balloch Park in Dumbarton on their way to work on December 8. She also has cropped ears.
“She was spotted by a member of the public who noticed the dog on their way to work on the morning and then was understandably concerned when the dog was still there when they returned home that afternoon.“If anyone recognises this dog or has any information, we would ask that they contact our confidential animal helpline on 03000 999 999.”
