Rishi Sunak is weighing up whether to sack his deputy Dominic Raab today after being handed the results of a five-month inquiry into allegations he bullied civil servants
He has, though allies admit he has a tough management style and is intolerant of what he considers poor workplace performance.
Mr Tolley is understood to have interviewed more than two dozen witnesses as part of his probe, which was intended to establish the facts around Mr Raab’s behaviour. Some civil servants have briefed the media that if Mr Raab is not sacked, they will resign from the Ministry of Justice in protest.
