A 29-year old man who asked two teenage girls to send him pictures of themselves naked via Snapchat has been placed on the sex offenders' register.
She said he knew she was 14. In some messages, he said he was desperate for sex and asked her to show him an image of herself naked.She blocked him on social media and later gave images and videos sent to her by Murphy to the PSNI. Murphy then sent her pictures of himself naked, with a message reading, 'Now that I have done it, you should too'.
Evidence later recovered from his mobile phone indicated that he had been in contact with both girls. Judge Geoffrey Miller KC told the court that neither girl responded to his requests, and that there was "no physical contact of a sexual nature between he and them".

Mass. man pleads guilty to bomb threat aimed at Arizona's secretary of stateA Massachusetts man has pleaded guilty to sending threats two years ago to Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs when she was the secretary of state. The U.S. Justice Department said Friday that 38-year-old James Clark entered a guilty plea to one count of sending a communication containing a bomb threat to an election official. Prosecutors say Clark, of Falmouth, Massachusetts, sent a message through an online form maintained by the Secretary of State’s election department. He warned Hobbs she had to resign or an explosive device would be detonated in her personal space. Clark will be sentenced in October. He faces up to five years in prison.
