Proposals for 40 properties on the vacant land have been given the green light
Dozens of new homes are planned for a former coach station in Nottingham. Nottingham City Council has approved plans by applicant MyPad for 40 homes on the vacant site in Beechdale, once home to the Yeates Bus and Coach Station.
The brownfield site, adjacent to Gateway House in Beechdale Road, is allocated in the local plan for housing. The developer said the homes are “visually attractive as a result of good architecture”.
