This is the game’s second major update since the game first cast itself onto the scene earlier this year, and as well as the game’s new Passive Mode it also adds a brand new Photo Mode so you can take some snapshots of your jaunts across the ocean. Not to worry though if you’re a fan of Dredge’s Eldritch horrors, as this update also includes 10 brand new aberrations waiting to be caught and some new wildlife events to observe.
In case you’re not familiar, Dredge sees you captain a fishing trawler as you explore a series of mysterious islands, teeming with fish and wildlife. You’ll spend time exploring and fishing, but all is not as it seems, as the sea is also home to horrors after dark that could be more than you bargained for.
Update 2 for Dredge is available to download now for the game across Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC. It’s been a very good few months for indie games based around fishing, as
