Mohammed Hassan Ali was caught the act after a gym session
Mohammed Hassan Ali pulled up on a street in Ashton-under-Lyne before leaving three bags of household waste on the ground and driving off, Tameside Magistrates Court heard.
Following an investigation by Tameside Council officers, Ali admitted dumping the rubbish during an interview under caution. Ali, of Burlington Street, Ashton, pleaded guilty to the offence of flytipping on March 23 this year.
