Van driver not wearing seat belt and on his phone stuck two fingers up at police.
The police officers were undercover on the A1 near Wetherby, West Yorkshire. They spotted the distracted van driver and gave him six points and a £200 fine. National Highways' 'supercab' will be in use on the A1 from today to April 1
