The Department for Work and Pensions has issued an urgent warning to those expecting to receive a cost of living payment this Spring.
The government department has reminded those affected that they do not need to apply for the cost of living payments as if they are eligible the money will arrive in their bank accounts automatically. The department also warned that it will never ask for personal details in a text message or an email, reports The Mirror.
