EA Sports and governing body FIFA parted ways last year
The game will be EA’s first football game since the end of its 30-year partnership with FIFA. Negotiations over a new deal between the two companies broke down last year.
This is one day earlier than the FIFA 23 release, with EA apparently set to follow the release pattern of past FIFA titles. This leak also suggests that, just like we saw with the EA Sports FIFA series, the EA FC series will carry a number on the end of each title. Players who buy the Ultimate Edition will receive seven days of early access to EA Sports FC 24, which is four days more than the FIFA 23 Ultimate Edition. The extended early access means players with the Ultimate Edition can reportedly start playing EA FC 24 from Friday, September 22, 2023, whilst EA Play members can also access their 10 hours of early access from the same date.
